Indian Visa Information
Citizens of all countries require a valid passport and visa to
visit India. Visa fees may vary according to nationality.
The following visas are available :
Transit – For passenger en route to another country
(valid up to five days).
Tourist – Six month visa, from the date of issue with
multiple entry. Most visitors require this type.
Business – Up to one year from the date of issue. A
letter from company giving the nature of business is required.
Student - Valid up to one year from the date of issue. Attach
a letter of acceptance from Indian Institution, and an AIDS test
certificate. Allow up to three months for approval.
